Aporos' Cavalry
With the rising numbers of goblinoid warbands pouring out of the Dalelands, Waterdeep was only too glad to grant the ruined Castle Dragonspear to the Tyrian Templar-Commander Valanthe Aporos in return for a pledge to fight the goblin menace and restore order to the fields of Amn. After rebuilding the castle with funds and men from the Church of Tyr, TCmdr Aporos formed an elite cavalry unit to ride down and destroy the warbands, which consisted mostly of infantry.

Ride-By Shot
When mounted and taking a double move or run action, you may move a portion of your total movement, attack with a ranged weapon, and then finish your move.
Anti-Goblinoid Tactics
You gain Favored Enemy: Goblinoid, as per the ranger ability. The bonuses granted by this ability do not stack with those granted by the Favored Enemy ability.
Improved Mounted Archery
The penalty you take when using a ranged weapon while mounted is reduced by 2: -0 instead of -2 if your mount is taking a double move, and -2 instead of -4 if your mount is running.
